Governor Matawalle condoles PMB over the loss of chief of staff


Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun) MON, has condoled President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, over the loss of his Chief of Staff Malam Abba Kyari who passed away in the late hours of Friday after battling the deadly corona virus.

Governor Matawalle expressed his condolence this morning on behalf of himself the Government and the people of Zamfara state over this sudden loss and urged the President and the family of the deceased to bear with this monumental loss.

“Abba Kyari was a loyal staff of the President and an experienced person who dedicated his time and energy to ensure the success of the President in his onerous task of leading our dear nation”, Governor Matawalle observed.

“The death of Abba Kyari is a wake-up call on all Nigerians to take the present challenge posed by covid-19 as a serious one. Those who want to treat this challenge with kids globe must wake up and face it with iron fists” Governor Matawalle advised.

Governor Matawalle then, urged all Nigerians to pray for the repose of the souls of those who lost their lives to the pandemic and also urged for full cooperation with all measures taken by the Government at all levels in order to defeat the pandemic.
