The National Security Adviser (NSA), General Babagana Monguno has been fingered in the upsurge in terrorism and banditry in the country in recent times, investigation has revealed.
According to our investigation, the Director of Finance in the Office of the NSA, Brigadier General Jafaru Mohammed and former Chairman House Committee on National Security and Intelligence, Hon. Sani Aliyu Jaji,
are the fronts the NSA is allegedly using to perpetrate his heinous agenda against the country.
Findings further revealed that bank accounts with direct links to the NSA presently being investigated, include: Fidelity Bank account number – 4011061150, UBA account number 1017247422, Polaris Bank account number 4091162206 and Jaiz Bank account number 0003812918.
It was also discovered that the companies he is allegedly using as fronts are: Amsaf General Enterprises, Kasaj Construction Services Limited, and Absaz International Concepts Limited.
It was learnt that the NSA’s recent allegation that money meant for the purchase of arms and ammunition under the former ex-Service Chiefs is missing was meant to divert attention from his illegal activities of using bandits and terrorists to kidnap for ransom in order to get approval to buy phony armaments.
A source who spoke on condition of anonymity said the NSA is believed to be behind the recent spate of kidnapping of students in Kankara in Katsina state, Kagara in Niger state , Jangebe in Zamfara State and Mando in Kaduna State, apparently to hoodwink the state governors and federal government for selfish reasons.
“He is doing it because of arms money. His accusations against the former Service Chiefs is diversionary. He only wants to use it to cover his tracks,” the source said.
He insisted that the Federal Government must urgently investigate and prosecute the NSA and his hirelings if it wants to stop the recent types of embarrassing kidnapping of school girls and students for ransom.
