Governor Bello Mohammed (Matawallen Maradun, Shattiman Sakkwato) has, today, hosted a book launch at the Yar Adua Conference Center, Abuja.


The book titled “Preventing Crimes, Insurgencies and Desperate Migrations From Developing Nations” was written by Iliyasu Buhari Maijega, a native of Zamfara state from Gusau Local Government Area.

The occasion was graced by many dignitaries from across the Country including His Excellency, the former Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar. His Excellency, Dr Bello Mohammed, who served as Chief Host, was represented by Hon. Abdullahi Maiturare Shinkafi (Special Adviser on Cotton Development) who unveiled the book on his behalf.

The book is a politically oriented masterpiece from a Zamfara state indigene which seeks to offer guidance and insight into the best practices to address the challenges of insurgency, other social crimes and their attendant challenges in developing countries, especially Nigeria
