Zamfara State Government has facilitated the recruitment of 60 Zamfara citizens out of 110 interviewees for appointment by the EFCC.
This was made known by His Excellency Governor Bello Matawalle during a courtesy visit he received of the newly-inducted Senior Police Cadet Officers from Zamfara State today.
The interviewees were collectively led to SOKOTO, venue of the interview by the Commissioner for Special Duties, Alhaji Muhammad Sadiq Maiturare on the instruction of His Excellency, Governor Bello Muhammad.
Governor Matawalle further said his administration will continue to be committed to the facilitation and securing of jobs for Zamfara indigenes where ever it is abound.
He called on the Police Cadet Officers to fear Allah in the discharge of their duties and be good ambassadors of Zamfara State.
Earlier, the leader of the Cadet Officers ASP Usman Aliyu Kotorkoshi commended the administration of Bello Matawalle for securing peace in the state and promised to add their own quota to the attainment of everlasting peace in Zamfara, the region and the country as a whole.
