GOVERNOR MATAWALLE TRANSFORM AHMAD SANI YARIMAN BAKURA SPECIALIST HOSPITAL.

The Medical Director in charge of Ahmad Sani Yariman Bakura Specialist hospital Gusau DR. Usman Muhammad Shanawa, has applauded the Zamfara State Governor His Excellency Hon. Dr. Bello Muhammad (Matawallen Maradun),MON, for his support and assistance in promoting the Hospital and make it the best among the other Specialist Hospitals across the country.

He stated this yesterday while fielding questions from Media in his office, adding that the hospital has been upgraded to the high standards through the support of the Zamfara state peoples Governor Matawalle.

Dr. Shanawa, who also emphasized that the Hospital have received a lot of grants from the state government under the leadership of H.E Hon. Dr. Bello Muhammad (Matawallen Maradun), MON, such as vehicles and ambulances, medical equipment, and these are all geared towards the establishment of Cancer screening and research center, the only one of its kind in the northern Nigeria, procurement of Modern Digital Radiography (X-ray) Machine to stop patients from going outside the state for radiographical investigations, provision of World standard and equipped Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for the hospital to compete with every tertiary center in country, Modernization of the hospital Special care baby unit (SCBU) to a high grade level, Well equipped Dialysis center to cater for patients with kidney failure. No need for oversea refferal and provision of 7 power boreholes to the hospital to solve the problems of shortage of water in the hospital.
